1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the I Fratelli della Pizza website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Reservations and Orders

Reservations are confirmed only after our written response via email or telephone. For groups larger than 10 people a deposit may be required. Online orders are subject to the terms of the respective delivery platforms.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on the menu include VAT. Prices may be subject to seasonal changes. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and major electronic payment circuits.

4. Allergens and Intolerances

We inform customers of allergens in our dishes on request. Despite our utmost care, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination in the kitchen. Always inform your server of any allergies or intolerances before ordering.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and trademarks — is the property of I Fratelli della Pizza S.r.l. and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Courts of Rome have exclusive jurisdiction.
